HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A All orders received Monday to Friday during working hours will
be shipped that day, guaranteed. If your order is placed outside
of working hours it will be shipped the next working day. UK based
orders are normally sent via Royal Mail and usually arrive within
1 to 2 working days, however 5 working days should be allowed
before contacting us if your order has not arrived. European orders
usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days and international orders
usually arrive within 10 working days. SPECIAL DELIVERY ORDERS
ARE GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY IF WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
BEFORE 4PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY (UK only). TOP

IF AN ITEM IS UNSUITABLE - CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
A All of our goods come with
a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not
happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days
of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative
product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).
Our returns conditions are:
1.The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health
and hygiene conditions).
2.The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3.The goods must be received back at our office within
14 days from the day you placed your order.
4. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and
non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above
conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the
goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been
opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. TOP

HOW DISCREET IS THE PACKAGING MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE IN?
A All orders are shipped under
plain wrap (strong padded mailing bag or corrigated box) with
no indication of the contents. Packing documents are placed inside
your package not stuck on the outside, to avoid anyone reading
what you have ordered. Your confidentiality is our highest priority.
