Q HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A All orders received Monday to Friday during working hours will be shipped that day, guaranteed. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day. UK based orders are normally sent via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days, however 5 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived. European orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days and international orders usually arrive within 10 working days. SPECIAL DELIVERY ORDERS ARE GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY IF WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 4PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY (UK only). TOP

Q IF AN ITEM IS UNSUITABLE - CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
A All of our goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable). Our returns conditions are:

1.The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2.The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3.The goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order.
4. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. TOP

Q WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM I RECEIVE IS FAULTY?
A Simply return it to us stating what is wrong. We will happily exchange it for you. TOP

Q WILL YOU SEND ME LOTS OF FOLLOW-UP MATERIAL?
A NO. We do not send any follow-up material via the post, we respect your privacy. Any special offers will be detailed on our site on a regular basis or anounced via our monthly newsletter if you have subscribed. TOP

Q IF I PAY BY CREDIT CARD WHAT DETAILS WILL BE ON MY STATEMENT?
A Bank or card statements do not give any indication of the nature of your purchase from us. We process credit cards through LloydsTSB CardNet in the name of our parent company Net 1on1 Ltd, this is what will appear on your statement. TOP

Q HOW OFTEN DO YOU LAUNCH NEW PRODUCTS?
A We are constantly on the look out for new and exciting products that we can offer our customers. When they have been tested and we are thoroughly satisfied with the quality and value for money, we will put them onto our site. TOP

Q CAN I TRACK THE PROGRESS/STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A YES - Your order confirmation email will contain a hyperlink to your online order tracking screen where you can view the progress/status of your order. Members can also view previous orders when logged in. TOP

Q HOW DISCREET IS THE PACKAGING MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE IN?
A All orders are shipped under plain wrap (strong padded mailing bag or corrigated box) with no indication of the contents. Packing documents are placed inside your package not stuck on the outside, to avoid anyone reading what you have ordered. Your confidentiality is our highest priority. TOP
